Most of my Clients are standard buyers and sellers of homes for their families. I help families in all parts of the San Francisco East Bay Area.
I enjoy this work, and I’m good at it.

But,
My greatest passion is when I can serve Clients as an Investor’s Realtor. I use my personal experience as a real estate investor, financial analysis, and my enthusiasm to help Clients create true wealth.

To see if your Realtor is qualified to be your Investor’s Realtor ask her these questions:

  • What investment real estate do you own?
  • How did you choose those deals?
  • How well have you done in the past 3 years?
  • How’s the market?
Here are my answers to those questions:
  • What investment real estate do you own?
    • 1-Duplex
    • 24,000 sq ft Office building
    • 10,000 sq ft Industrial Warehouse
    • 8,000 sq ft Retail/Special use
    • 3,000 sq ft Retail
  • How did you choose those deals?
    • I spent a lot of time learning the micro-markets
    • APODs for each possible deal (annual property operating data spreadsheet)
    • Working with my network of local professionals
  • How well have you done in the past 3 years?
    • All of my properties have increased in market value
    • I have a significant positive cash-flow
  • How’s the market?
    • to properly answer this question let’s talk about your needs and goals
