Real Estate Investing Class for Realtors (and you)

This week I will be teaching a class at my office called ” Real Estate Investing for Realtors”.

I have received permission to invite a few people from outside of my office.

When:  Wednesday, Dec 5th, 1pm

Where:  My office at 500 La Gonda Way, Danville,CA

Cost:  None

Who can attend: Any Realtor (not only Keller Williams Agents), and my invited guests (you don’t need to be a Realtor, just call or email me ).

The class is intended to help fellow Realtors serve Investor clients, and to build their own portfolios.

In this introductory class will outline:

  • Valuation techniques
  • Property types
  • Cash flow analysis
  • Tax issues
  • Market cycles
  • Use of leverage
  • Due Diligence
  • Definitions of terms (NOI, Cap Rates, IRR, ROI, Etc.)
  • I will also welcome questions

I will present future classes based on the interest and needs of those who attend this first overview class. It’s fine if you are starting from no experience in real estate investing, this class is a good beginning.
